Pure B - Exceptional views of Tamar & Royal William Yard with Free Parking & Wifi

The location was convenient for us. Parking at the rear was handy as very little street parking available.

In order to get the great view, the stairs are a punish. There was an issue with the cleaning, however, it was quickly resolved once the manager knew about it.

Unfortunately we had to leave due to a family emergency But contacted the owners and told them we had to leave

Entrance to the flat had rubbish dumped outside. Microwave was rusty (dangerous) inside and dirty. Toaster had not been cleaned and was also dirty. Bathroom door didn't lock. Bedroom door did not close on the latch. Worst experience so far. Tried to call Sykes but got no answer. Emailed them and they came back on Monday to say we should have contacted them and they would have moved us. They did not respond to further contact. Appalling service and holiday ruined. Absolutely fuming.

Perfect place to stay in Plymouth, will definitely be staying again.

Plenty of space. clean and tidy. lovely views and location was good. a bottle of prosecco was a surprise. we did enjoy our stay there.

The back entrance could do with tidying up!
