Bathroom door wouldn’t lock when closed.

Welcomed by rubbish and broken furniture and bikes in alleyway One of three doors locked Building door lock broken and left open at all times Second door locked but to use had to step back on to staircase , very dangerous Inside stairs extremely steep and rounded not suitable for all but not said on website Front door no key provided Freezer door broken and inaccessible without trapping fingers Dishwasher poorly install and pulled out kitchen panel when opened Induction hob unusable due to incorrect pans provided Smart cooker so complex unable to make anything but warm despite reading manual and watching official smeg YouTube channel! Again may have been equipment provided so forced to eat out whilst in our self catering accommodation Over bath shower had no anti slip mat we had to buy one to use safely Shelf and screws left in children’s bedroom Known breakage which had not been fixed “yet”. Issues reported Monday/Tuesday morning as found. Handyman was already organised but no time provided . Queried and weds and told 6:30-7:30 that evening( few hours notice) . This was bedtime and unsuitable so asked not to be disturbed. Guy turned up anyway with pans. Again unsuitable and clearly labeled as not for induction hob. Not a helpful interruption. Old ear plugs found in children’s bedroom and rubbish under main bed. Not especially clean then either! Holiday spoiled by expense of eating out and constantly having to communicate via app/whatsapp/phone calls View was nice

Loved the property, loved the view, perfect place to stay. Great parking facilities. Would highly recommend to anyone - there are a lot of stairs so keeps you fit

Lovely location and views

To get to the apartment 4 flights of stairs on entering the apartment,yet another flight of stairs. Although it says in the description top floor nowhere does it state that it was so many.if we had known it was so many we would not have booked this apartment. As I have a slight issue with walking and my husband has a heart condition so by time we got to the apartment carrying our luggage we felt like we'd climbed a mountain This should be listed in description. On arrival in the car park when walking around the door to get in past the rusty bike and broken shed.very unappealing. Communal area scruffy. TV no channels had to use your own apps log in to watch any TV.

It was easy to get to and had amazing views.

Property was difficult to get into due to the wrong code that was given. The property wasn’t cleaned either beds were a mess and there were food items in the cupboards. Dirty towels were left in the bath and the bed sheets were dirty.

The property was perfect for a quick trip down from Yorkshire for me and my grandson to watch Plymouth Argyle then a trip to Cornwall to see my family . Really comfortable beds and facilities were great . Only piece of feedback could do with some instructions on the heating and the smeg cooker .

Lovely apartment in a great location with lovely views of the marina.Only a short walk from Royal William Yard and ferry to Cornwall.

Great views, comfortable beds ( bit soft for us) a great spot for a few nights. Nice scenic walks from the front/back door.

Would have been nice to know it was on the 4th floor, but nothing wrong with a bit more exercise ( ok after inhaler) A few things are missing in the kitchen to make it easier for those wanting to cook. But we made do.
