I loved the unsafe handrail in the stairwell. It doesn't start until the 4th step up & finishes 2 steps from top, so to come downstairs you have to lean in & down to hold rail. The rail is cheap metal tubing with sharp uncovered ends, also its not secured to fixings property & came away in my hand. I had to repair it for fear of a serious accident happening. It's a serious accident waiting to happen. Let's hope its not to a child !

We spent our 1st evening cleaning the oven,which had been left with the grill pan full of rancid fat. "DISGUSTING" all this after being charged an additional £40.00 to check in 2 hours early ostensibly for cleaning. They must have overlooked the oven! The wall hangings are cheap & tacky from pound shop. The kitchen units look like they were 2nd hand from ebay. A 5* experience is laughable. Nearer to a 2*
