Stair carpets and hand rail on the stairs were not great. Shower didn't seem to work but that might be me

Lovely spacious apartment with comfy furniture and nice linen. Weather was sweltering but we were able to keep the apartment cool with fans supplied. Very quiet residential area.

Location was great for Windsor. Easy to find and get into.

We'd asked for a cot for our toddler and this was confirmed before our stay, however no cot was provided. Agree with some of the comments about the condition of the property. Not cleanliness as such, more tatty and could do with a freshen up. (i.e. clearly just one coat of paint in some places) not a biggy but obviously this doesn't fall in line with "home from home" Kitchen missing some useful elements - baking trays, and kitchen paper is usually a really useful thing to have. Also agree with the handrail comments and find it odd that there still isn't one after previous comments. Would've thought it's a H&S issue. I also experienced a couple of horrible spider experiences. Odd for this time of year.
