the host emily was really nice and helpful

there is nothing not to like

very good location, lots of lovely walks, walking distance to supermarket and town centre, beautiful gardens, all cooking facilities provided, lovely comfortable bed with fresh crisp sheets, fresh towels, smart decor, lovely hosts.

no wifi is my only bug bear

It was close to local amenities. Easy to find and park. Clear instructions on how to enter.

The cleanliness was very substandard and fixtures and fittings needed repairing and/or upgrading. Loose fitting floor tiles just as you step out of the shower are dangerous. Decor is mismatched with no real thought behind it. The boiler wasn't working on arrival so there was no hot water when we wanted to shower before going to eat but the landlord came and sorted it out straight away. With some work this would be a lovely annex to stay in.

How quiet and peaceful the area was.

Nothing negative.

A lot if facilities need renewing. Bathroom rack rusty and dirty. Removal of clothes and toiletries left by someone!! Would have been nice if we were told we couldn't get through the gate unless we went to front of gate and input code. The outside seating wasn't cleaned so couldn't use them. The sugar,coffee and tea canisters had loose produce in so didn't use as lots of people must have had their hands in

Excellent facility in a great secure location.

Only 2 towels could have done with a couple more. No Wi-Fi
