Check out was way too early. The cleaning lady was unnecessarily annoyed when asking us to leave, and mattresses felt quite old.

Well equipped apartment and excellent location. Lovely and clean. Great WiFi

A TV would be a good addition

the staircase was very high. not suitable for old people. too many stairs to the third floor.

Location, apparement is a stone throw away from the main pubs and bar in Edinburgh, and 10-15 minute walk to both main Edinburgh train stations.

Difficult to find negatives, but apparement could have had a TV just for some background noise, and curtains as when blinds are closed, streetlights shine through.

The location is great, central, plenty of places to eat within five minutes' walk (or even less), and only a few minutes walk from Princes Street. We got around pretty much everywhere on foot. The place itself was well-equipped, with WiFi, a washing machine, a kitchen, hairdryer, and lots of extra clean linen. The beds and sofabed were comfortable. Being five people staying there, the two bathrooms made it really easy for us to get ready. We didn't get to meet the owner, but picking up the keys was simple and well explained by Jeff. There was also a folder with clear instructions to simplify anything we weren't familiar with, as well as suggestions and places to check out. Would definitely recommend this place if travelling as a small group, and I myself would love to stay here if ever returning to Edinburgh.

Amazing location! 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms worked well for 2 friends sharing the appartment.

The appartment was on the third floor so quite a lot of steps to go up and down. This wasn't and issue for my friend and I but could put off others.

Location was perfect. Very near to castle.

Matteress could have been better as I found them to be average.
