Good location, Jeff was very responsive and quick to help solves the issues we had

The bed sheets hadn’t been cleaned, there were hairs and the imprints of the previous occupants. It was also very expensive (especially considering the unclean bedsheets!).

Location was very good, close to a lot of the popular tourist spots and attractions. Plenty of shops and other amenities close by. Flat is clean, airy and spacious. Both double beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable. Windows open wide to let a decent breeze in. Heating and hot water easy to use. 2 bathrooms - very handy for sharing with kids or larger groups.

Lots of stairs up to the flat. Not a problem for younger folk but definitely something to consider for older people and children. Duvets were quite thin. No TV or radio. Sofa bed mattress very uncomfortable. Some dirty pots and pans needed a good scrub. Chipped crockery. Bar/restaurant directly below flat was quite noisy. Check out time 10am a bit too early for children.

"Tired apartment"

Really good position for seeing the sites of Edinburgh. Good heating and hot water. Nice view of the theatre and Usher Hall.

Unfortunately on the top floor .....phew ,quite a climb . No TV ,long time since I stayed in self-catering without a TV . Pretty basic lounge furniture, well worn bedlinen . Mismatch of crockery,several chipped pieces . Felt the general appearance was tired ,could do with an update .

Location almost in city centre was perfect, even though some night clamour came in through the windows The communication with Jeff was excellent, everything was managed in easy way.....

Beds rather narrow, OK for 2 nights stay, not comfortable for longer time
