Beautiful apartment .well equipped kitchen.comfy beds.wonderful views of York.excellent customer service with reception and staff at York stays.

Evenings were really cold in York . tried to increase temp of heating but it reverted back .little uncomfortable having drinks after night out, sat with my coat on.think need to increase thermostat obviously preset .hairdryer wasn’t working in twin room.

Everything it was full of high end furnishings. The welcome hamper was so lovely and really nice touch. The beds were so comfortable, and there was plenty of space for 6 people. Views of the castle were beautiful 😍

Lovely really well equipped apartment that was ideal for our family break in York.

More hanging space in the bedrooms would have been useful, plus some shelves in the bathrooms.

"Overall we had a lovely time!"

Very spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and furnished.

The system to enter the building initially and obtain the keys was quite complicated; luckily the staff member on the desk was really helpful with this. There was some noisy building work going on locally and several unsightly plots awaiting development.

Apartment was beautiful and location was central welcome hamper was a nice touch

Weather was warm and was really hard to control the temperature in the apartment fans were available.
