location is very good. Apartment was a good size and clean

On hot days apartment is warm. Would be good if it had air con.

The 3 br 3 bath apt was perfectly located for exploring York. Plus was the dedicated parking. The apt was stylish and the views of city were spectacular. The welcome basket with coffee, champagne and more a welcome surprise

The expresso/ single serve coffee maker does not work. It would make one expresso then stop. We did make use of the French press

Very clean and stylish. Perfect for 3 couples whilst on long weekend for the races at York. Good location for all York attractions.

Very smart flat - superbly presented with great facilities. Looked immaculate and was very cosy. Good instructions on how to access/use and an excellent location. Nice touches - e.g. welcome hamper.

Could do with a full sized rubbish bin for the kitchen (but this is a very small point!).

Very welcoming, exceptionally clean, lovely decor. Reception staff very helpful and pleasant. Household, kitchen well equipped. The living area was extremely pleasant, albeit an easy chair short for 6 guests. Ideally situated, with good views. The lift was a bonus for 6 senior visitors. Beds very comfortable and again very fresh and clean. Only the 3rd bedroom was disappointing, the other 2 were fine.

The ensuites lacked hooks, shelf, nowhere to put robes, towels, toileteries/bags which made showering uncomfortable and awkward. The small bedroom had no drawers space, clothes had to be stored in cases under the bed and got out to access The cupboards in the hall could have been reversed to make the larger one into a wardrobe and shelf space. Heating instructions vague, living area quite chilly at times. We were 6 in the group opting to do different things, so only having 1 key was inconvenient. Hopefully any criticisms can be rectified to help future visitors. Overall would recommend and revisit.

The location was excellent in the heart of York, a 5 minute walk to the Shambles and other attractions. The Suite was beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean and comfortable.

There was nothing to not like

Location, facilities, cleanliness and overall comfort of the apartment. The welcome gift box was also very much appreciated. The team at Stays were great and easy to communicate with.

The pillows and duvet, all feather and the duvet was too thick for the room temperature. The pillows offered very little support. The kitchen sink plug wasn't working despite attempts to resolve and there was no draining board for washing up. Minor points when on holiday but own pillows should have been taken.
