We like that SPAR convenient store is right across the road, bus stop, eateries, town center are within walking distance. Apartment is spacious, comfortable and fully furnished (living room and kitchen) with exceptional heating. Host provided more than enough toilet paper and liquid hand soap (just note that host does not provide shampoo or body soap).

Everything. This is a lovely comfortable flat in a very quiet location with parking. 5 minute drive to Penrith Parkrun and a short walk into town. Pooley Bridge is 5miles away. Very comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, great shower and very clean. Good communication with the owner who gave very clear instructions of how to find the property. Good value for money. The pictures don't do it justice.

Great value, easy to access good parking. No issues at all. Shower brilliant. Heating a little weired. lovely and warm in the bathroom and bedrooms a little chilly in kitchen and lounge area, think the insulattion needs a look at in the roof as the radiators were piping hot. however not an issue for the break. Made a great recommendation for a meal on the saturday night, las casita, great spanish food and wine. Good communication in advance and a helpful briefing document that covered all you need

Lovely apartment, so pretty! Even nicer than it looks in the photos. Quiet location but just short walk into town. Would definitely stay here again if I was in Penrith.

It was very comfortable, warm, roomy with a brilliant shower! It would be hard to find anything to dislike - the owners wre lovely and answered one query very quickly. Basically, it was so nice to come back to after a day out.

As others have said, the steep steps might be a problem for some and the overflowing bin for rubbish outside. I think it would be worth giving more exact directions - it's difficult to judge from the road (even with satnav) where the apartment is, when there is no street name. Perhaps a photo or two, showing the gates or a board with the name of the house. Just some instructions for the gas hob- there was no automatic ignition.
