Glasfryn Cottage Dolgellau

It was clean inside and comfortable. It had everything necessary for self catering. It was near to the town centre.

The lack of garden. The backyard was very uninviting- especially as the neighbours dog used it as a toilet and the neighbours had mattresses leaning up against it. If the weather had been good I would have had to look for somewhere else to sit outside. The lack of parking was a minor inconvenience when unloading and loading the car in the rain. The bin lorries woke me early on both Thursday and Friday morning.

The location was super. Parking was a bit of a walk but thankfully the weather was good

Great and cozy place in a lovely town. Gave us a great jump off point for all the things we wanted to do in the area. Would happily visit again.

Well equipped cottage, great location perfect for walking and the bike trail. Great little village.

Lovely, characterful, spacious property very close to the centre of Dolgellau. Beautiful hillside / mountain views from the windows at the front the house; comfortable beds, fluffy towels, very well equipped, super clean.

The kitchen is fairly small. Perfect for preparing / cooking small / easy meals, but anything ‘bigger’ may be challenging. Though this would not put us off returning…

Location, close to shops, restaurants and cafes. Lots of lovely places to explore by car or on foot near and far. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Beds very comfortable- we all slept well. The front bedroom door didn’t quite shut but no big deal. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Thoughtful welcome gift of cakes, local fruit drink and milk in the fridge. Directions, instructions very clear and information pack helpful. Quick response to questions.

Rear garden / patio needed tidying and TLC. Could be a lovely outside space. A high step from the path to the front door a light at the door would help with this and opening the key safe. I would have liked some toiletries in the bathrooms. Kitchen paper towels too.

Lovely little cottage. Beds were so comfy. A few minutes walking distance to Dolgellau

Bit close to the road.

A very comfortable, clean house with excellent attention to detail. Ideal for 4 people, with one large double bed and effectively 2 singles in the upper room. 2 good bathrooms. Excellent, comfy beds with very good bed linen. Large, soft towels. Good cleaning products in kitchen. Easy walk into Dolgellau centre.

Couldn't park outside the house, but we knew that before we went. On road parking about 200m away on same road, but that didn't present a problem.
