Central Windsor Apartment Facing the Castle

location was fantastic. center of everything across the road from the castle. so many quality resteraunts in windsor. tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk in the fridge. thankyou.

while its a great apt there are areas that need attention.

Central location opposite the castle.

Sold as a 5 star apartment in a quiet residential location. The flat decor was tired, needed painting, carpets were worn and water stains on lounge ceiling and paint pealing. The flat was on the high street, v busy and noisy all night. Club nearby closed at 3pm and noisy people outside between 3.30-4.30. No access the main TV programmes.

This couldn't be any closer to Windsor Castle! We spent a lot of time in the lounge just people (and horse) watching. The shops immediately downstairs were very handy. The kitchen was huge. The instructions on parking and how to get in were great.

The stairs were very narrow (it's spread out over 3 floors) and the bedding was incredibly cheap/bottom of the range. The shower head wasn't secure (it fell and whacked me in the head) so needs maintenance there.

The location was great.

An extremely hot weekend- the fan in one bedroom wasn’t working. We needed to keep all windows open all night. This was obviously out of the proprietor’s control, but it was SO noisy outside- pretty much all night. Firstly, restaurants/fast food chains/ revellers on streets and then, early morning, bin collections and seagulls!!! As it was so hot, and in one bedroom the fan didn’t work, some of us did not sleep at all. Something for light sleepers to consider. The living room did not really transform into a comfortable sleeping space- the apartment is more suitable for 4 people rather than 6. Something small, but inconvenient- there were not enough coffee mugs for all six of us. We couldn’t get the TV to work- maybe just us. Some of the lamps were broken.

The location is fantastic, the apartment is great so spacious and for four people it's great.

The sofa bed is most probably good for children but as for 2 adults it wasn't the comfiest. Also not having a bathroom you have to go into the bedroom to use the toilet. Great for 4 but, not really for 6 adults.

Excellent location. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay.

Was a little bit noisy at night because the weather was warm so we needed the windows open.

This was a very cool place to stay and an absolute fantastic location. You’re literally staring at the walls of Windsor Castle from the living room. It’s up above restaurants and pubs and very easy to get to.

The staircase is very tight and has a U-turn style and was a bit tough to navigate with suitcases. If you struggle going upstairs and carrying luggage, this might be a challenge.

Central location directly opposite Windsor castle. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen

Property felt tired and un/loved. Needs re-decorating and new carpets and styling to make it look and feel more luxurious. The sofa in the lounge was uncomfortable. It was clean and functional when it could be stunning.

Great location. Immaculately clean. Lovely touches with tea and coffee left for us. Very comfortable beds. The property has everything you’d need. The 2 bathrooms in a a huge bonus as well. Absolutely 10/10!
