"Amazing view and comfortable flat"

So central, loved being out to dinner and back within a few mins walks, so easy to get to, really comfortable beds which was amazing and the view! You can’t get better

You do need ear plugs as it’s on the high street and people enjoying themselves, but I’m a light sleeper. Maybe in need of a little tidy up paint wise

Perfect location and given the location the street noise was minimal. We received immediate assistance when we had a heating/hot water issue, We loved that a Christmas tree was provided given we were staying the week before Christmas. We really appreciated the coffee and breakfast items.

The water damage on the ceilings from the bathrooms upstairs - I’m assuming that there is no mould issue

"Great apartment in fabulous location, just needs a few updates to make it perfect!"

The location was excellent , heating works well. The property is clean.

The property was quite tired , carpets worn , sofa was old. Also needs a chair dressing table in bedrooms. The stairs to the property and inside are very steep.

Location is ideal and a big kitchen. Comfortable beds Both bedrooms are on suite

Parking could be an issue for some as there is no parking at flat. So plan in advance where to park to save A well used flat because of location. A bit of a refresh in some parts needed Some hooks and a shelf or two needed in bathrooms Stairs could be an issue for some.. though this was highlighted on booking

"Excellent location but property needed some TLC."

Location and view were excellent. Having tea, coffee and fresh milk was a nice touch.

The property was looking very tired and in need of TLC. Carpets were stained and worn, exposed electric light fitting in bedroom, damp patches on ceilings. Everywhere needed a refresh / paint.
