The Barbershop Apartments

The apartment was easy to get to and their were plenty of food options available.

Although the apartment was tidy, the floor were dirty and had a tacky film. Some parts of the floor were sticky. The walls had marks and general wear and tear. I’d recommended deep cleaning the floor and giving the place a fresh lick of paint.

No access code given by booking.com. Many hours spent before we gained entry 24 late

The bed was small and really uncomfortable for two people. Kept hitting my head on the hanging lamp in the hall and bedroom. The bar stools are too high so you can't sit comfortably at the breakfast bar to eat.

This is a beautifully presented 2 bedroomed apartment, very close to cafes and food shops. Parking is available in the next street, and it's easy to drop off outside. Checking in is easy, using codes provided. Bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. Great walk in shower. Would definitely stay here again!

It was the hottest day of the year when we stayed. As windows had safety locks, we couldn't open them very wide. Perhaps a fan could be provided?

I liked having a unit where we could stay comfortably. The location was good. The bed and lounge was good.

We reported a broken toilet seat on arrival but this wasn’t fixed. We spoke to the contact person who said they would call us back. This didn’t happen. We got a message via booking.com asking for photos which we had already provided. No one called or fixed the problem. The other issue was lack of plates, cups and glasses in the kitchen limiting ability to eat in. There are only 2 chairs in an apt for 4 people.
