The Barbershop Apartments

This was my 2nd time staying at this property and once again it has been a pleasant stay. Next time I'm in Manchester I know to look for this accomdation first.

It was in a good location with shops all around and easy to get to, wasn’t far to travel for shopping. The apartment was good was clean and the staff we saw (the cleaner) was really friendly.

There was only a couple of things, 1: there was a dirty mark along the wall where the sofa was, 2: there was a couple of things missing that we could use for cooking (spatula) 3: part of the shower wasn’t working (the hand held shower head)

The apartment was amazing just had a few hick ups

The place was cold and couldn't understand the heating situation The shower was lovely just the fact the water goes everywhere due to the floor not being dipped more or a barrier being there to stop the floor from flooding

It looked nicely decorated.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and short. There is barely any ventilation as you can’t open windows fully so it got very hot. Part of the shower didn’t work.

Great situation with excellent coded entry. The apartment was warm with lots of hot water….great towels. Excellent for a couple of nights for 4 adults.

Chipped cups and very scruffy entrance hall &stairs which unfortunately gives a bad first impression. Lock on bathroom door needed replaced.

This apartment doesn't have a terrace / garden as in the description, which was a let down. The ceiling is slanted and if you are tall you will definitely hit your head

Could have done with another chair in the sitting area.

Apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was really comfortable and it was very quiet. Parking around the corner was easy and access to the city was pretty good. Morrisons across the road was really handy & FEED the coffee shop opposite was a real bonus in the morning. Heating good & shower was nice & relaxing. Decor made the whole apartment very cosy.

The wifi listed in the guide was unavailable, so the smart TV wouldn’t work & we had no internet on our phones. Contacted the host once checked in for help but had no reply all weekend. Lacked a few basic bits, like a hand towel in the bathroom or kitchen, no hairdryer or sugar for coffee. Just little things that could make a big difference!
