Amazing location

The place was absolutely beautiful. Really appreciate that we could stay in Fern Lodge.

Everything! From the wood burning hot tub, to the cold loch, to the wonderful community and friendliest quirky cafe I've ever came across. Everything you'd expect for an authentic log cabin vibe in the Highlands. We came via public transport and when Sonja understood that they left us a little bag of coal to help us out a little. Very much appreciated! The communications from the owner were very detailed, we only had to ask one question and that was to make sure the BBQ was still there so we could organise our meal plan. We will absolutely be back and hopefully for a little longer. I would recommend advertising the community restaurant and cafe as places to eat with links to opening times, if we had known that we wouldn't have spent money at morrisons for the long weekend, would much rather have put money back into the local community than to a huge corporation.

Absolutely nothing. We (2× couples) had a blast and we had a dog with us too.

Great location for exploring the surrounding area. The cabin was clean and contained everything you needed. The decking area was perfect for relaxing and the wood fired hot tub was great fun

Lovely clean spacious cabin, great facilities and location.I have stayed in the cabins either side of this one and I prefer this one, great little Sun trap with just the right amount of shade. Key collection was straight forward and hassle free and the Owners were very responsive to my emails.

Only criticism I have was the hot tap in the bathroom needs slight attention and I couldn't find any spare sheets for the sofa bed, but this wasn't really that big of an issue.
