The Lambing Shed at Walkmill Farm

The Lambing Shed was just idyllic! It exceeded our expectations in all areas. The quaint cottage was quiet, clean and had every little thing you would need, there was nothing not thought of. Little bowl of fresh eggs, crisps, milk in the fridge and chocolate were a lovely touch. The fire all ready and prepared was also very thoughtful. This was by far one of the best places we’ve stayed, and already looking at booking again in the future. Thank you for such a lovely little break.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike

Spotlessly clean, warm, thoughtfully equipped, beautifully, and uniquely, decorated and very comfortable. It was fabulously located for local sightseeing, walks, as well as the excellent Tartine restaurant. Owners were on hand with great advice and local information.

It was faultless. Didn’t like leaving!

Really pretty perfect for 2 people clean they went the extra mile by putting a Christmas tree up it was so sweet great hosts

Nothing perfect for what we needed

A pretty self catering cottage - the hosts provided lovely eggs that had been laid by the farm hens. The full cottage was kitted out with everything one would need... together with extras you didn't know you needed ;)
