Beautiful little apartment As soon as we opened the front door it smelt so clean and fresh A very detailed information pack left with recommendations Everything you would need for a comfortable stay was supplied Very generous welcome pack, which was much appreciated Perfect location, situated in the middle of all attractions Mandy went above and beyond and is an excellent owner

Such a shame about thin ceiling as we had very noisy neighbours above. Sounded like a herd of elephants, late at night and extremely early before 6.30am. Their dog persistently cried whenever it was left

Location excellent for beach & amenities. Mandy is a great host, keeping in contact to ensure you have the best stay possible. Also leaving bread, milk, teabags etc. A lovely clean property with a thought gone into providing all facilities needed.

Not many negatives, only toaster having not been emptied out & cleaned, left by previous guests.

Location perfect right next to everything beach, shops, restaurants, pubs, arcade, fair Brean splash. Lovely little apartment with everything you need proper home from home plus WIFI my grandson loved it didn't want to come home bless him :) We will return and recommend :)

The accommodation was very clean, has everything you needed. Perfect for the beach and entertainment. Communication excellent time to book in what time to vacate. You can contact Mandy anytime if there was a problem. All in all a fabulous holiday..

Very nice apartment in good condition with parking space directly outside. All required equipment in the kitchen and the owner provided bread milk and wine for arrival which was a lovely touch. Location is very central in the town and walking distance to the beach.

Great little apartment, Had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend & the little welcome hamper was a really kind gesture. We loved it & will return again later in the year
