Excellent location, very clean, and a very helpful owner who responded quickly to any questions. Welcome pack was brilliant too! We didn't have any problems with noise (given the central location).

Apartment was cosy but with little storage space, fine for our 4 days but we would have struggled if staying longer. The main bed was too soft for us but that might be personal preference. The pro's far outway these slightly negative comments!!

Lovely little apartment, compact but in a fantastic location right in the thick of activities and in secure gated community, beach access via short walk (3 minutes) via a private gated path. All the bits n bobs you need in self catering. Mandy is very kind and helpful. Parking right at your front door. All in all very good.

Shower a little small but we managed

Always use this apartment when we come to brean great location and the owner is Always helpful if needed and the little things like leaving us milk bread butter and wine is a very nice touch thank you

Shower is a bit high but thats not too much of a problem for us

Great location close to lots of things to do and places to visit. Within walking distance of several places to eat and close to beach. Very clean and tidy with everything you needed for a comfortable stay

Rooms were small but that did not impact on us much as we had such great weather we were outdoors most of the time

Location spot on beach shops bars restaurants on doorstep but still quiet. So you can sit outside. There was a welcome pack with a bottle of wine 🍷 very thoughtful and much appreciated .

Bedrooms a little small . But comfortable. A step up to shower would be a problem for less able people. But there's a step provided.

A lovely apartment central to the beach and amusements. The apartment was clean with nice furniture and a comfortable bed. There was tea coffee milk and bread left for us. Free car park .

the location was right in the middle of everything you you needed

walk in shower only ideal for adults but was unable to bath my young daughter

Perfect location, private access to the beach, lovely apartment supplied with everything we need, spotlessly clean and tidy. Great that towels and bedding were included, as we have stayed in similar places where they weren't. We appreciated the welcome package and the information folder supplied. We would love to come back!!
