"Exceptional"

Comfortable, clean apartment. Everything you need for a break. Great location. Good communication with the host, who emailed as soon as the apartment was ready for us as he knew we were arriving earlier than the usual check in time. Really appreciated the extra effort. This was our second stay at Fern studio.

"Nice location"

Location to fairy festival was great

I am disabled and found it hard to get up and down to apartment also the bed was very uncomfortable and I had trouble getting off the bed. Also felt as though the apartment was half finished however was clean

We had an amazing time at this wonderfully quirky and beautifully designed property. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, giving the space a unique charm and a real sense of character. It felt both stylish and welcoming, a perfect blend of comfort and creativity. Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish, friendly, prompt, and helpful, making everything smooth and stress-free. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the town centre, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking nearby was easy and convenient, which made arriving and getting around hassle-free. We truly loved everything about our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway!

"Lovely short stay in Llangollen :)"

We had a fantastic stay at the Fern Studio. It had everything we needed during our visit. It's very close to the town centre and the canal. Also, Aldi is just a few minutes' walk away. Highly recommended! :)

There was nothing we could complain about :)

"Brilliant place to stay for just one night or even longer."

A cracking little place! Clean, quiet, and all the basic stuff you need. The shower is excellent, and the kitchen has enough facilities for self-catering. Although I didn't have much time to enjoy it, the garden was lovely to sit in too. Would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was that there was no plug in the bathroom sink, which meant wasting water while having a shave, but I'm sure that that'll get sorted out.
