Modern 3 ground floor Parking and Garden

Location for access to town and beach is unbeatable. Rooms are big and well decorated although showing some signs of wear.

Great location, close to beach, restaurants, large bedrooms and living space. Kitchen appliances working great, plenty of dishes and cutlery, nicely decorated.

Flickering lights in bedroom, many bulbs not working, very worn bedsheets, issues not resolved even though we informed property management (David) on our 1st day. He did send over a new bedsheet but the wrong size and did not replace any bulbs. Garden does need some care especially as the weather is nice. Seem to be the same issues people have given negative reviews about in June.

Towels were rolled while still amp and smelled really bad. I had to go buy some pods from the shop to wash them again myself. And because they were left on the beds damp - they made the bed damp too. I am yet to be refunded the cost of the pods.. Also the shower screen leaks onto the floor so that needs to be fixed.

Hi 7 persons Drop in for this long Bank holiday weekend. This ground Flat was very good for the over 85-year-olds x 2 which was part of the group . The Flat had one parking space outside the other parking in the same road off an app £4 per day which was good . Short 10min Walk to downtown through the Gardens which was good.full t.v package which was good. Poole Boot Trip around Harbour with fish & chips in the sun was Very good this weekend The Kids did climbing on the Pier Which was good . Full Bank Holiday weekend all was good in the Flat.

After lockdown, a number of items were missing in the kitchen./classes for 7 /kit for 7 cups one size All was good

Location was great, parking for one car, but plenty of parking around for our second car. The house was very clean, the cleaners do a good job, kitchen area was nice and tastefully decorated, and we had a great stay overall. Good for dogs, wooden floor and plenty of room in the garden to wander around.

I would not say I actively didn't like things as I was only staying for 2 nights but, I do have a few comments of things that I would change, if it was my property to make it more up to standard more comfortable. Firstly, the bed linen ( in the main bedroom ) was very tired, ( it was clean) but the sheet was bobbly and felt like sleeping on sand, it was cheap polyester which I wouldn't expect, the pillows and the duvet could do with replacing, pillows very spongy and duvet very thin. It needs to have cotton sheets. The other 2 rooms did have better bed linen, it was just the main room. Curtains are needed, maybe we were lucky with very sunny mornings, but the Venetian metal blinds in the bedrooms, do not keep any sunlight out, so make note if you are bringing children who you want to sleep beyond 5 am in the summer. Towels, very small, and paper thin, cheap and old, they need replacing. there was 2 rolls of toilet paper provided, both of which were half used, we ran out and bought some more, just a couple left in the cupboard would have been good. The decking outside is quite frankly dangerous, there is one board that if you tred on it, it pings up, and there are screws sticking up in various places. The garden needs attention and is a bit overgrown, just mowed would have been nice, Garden furniture outside to use, would have been nice, there was just 2 chairs.
