Modern 3 ground floor Parking and Garden

Brilliant location close to sea and nice spacy flat. Great to have parking space too.

The mattresses are awful - we all woke up with a back. They need to be changed asap. Also a few simple things were missing such as salt, pepper, kitchen roll. These cost nothing and will make a difference. The garden is neglected and not safe for kids.

Here's a rephrased version: The property's location is its main advantage. However, if you're staying for a weekend with young children, be prepared for loud music and party noise from outside. Aside from the mattress, the property is suitable for a short stay overall.

The mattress needs to be replaced because of its noisy springs and discomfort. Additionally, the blinds are damaged and might need to be replaced. Alternatively, curtains could be used to darken the room and block out morning sunlight.

I liked how spacious the property was and it had some outdoor space as we took our dog with us. I like the fact that it was so central. It was also good to have two bathrooms. It had everything we needed and was well equipped with everything eg sheets pillows loo rolls shower gel towels etc

The beds were not that comfortable as springs digging in and squeaky. The freezer door didn’t shut so couldn’t use it. The bins hadn’t been emptied.

The property was spotless on my arrival. We found it to be very spacious and open planned with beautiful modern rooms and comfortable beds, found the shower facilities to be on point and very updated and was cleaned to high level.

Nothing came up that wa unlikeable in anyway.

The location was ideal to attend my daughter’s graduation ceremony. The dining room furniture is nice and the couch is comfortable. Rooms are all a good size. Communication was good and the key in the lock box provided easy access. Having a parking space was very useful.

I feel there is a general lack of maintenance in the property. One bedroom door doesn’t close, the freezer was not useable as it requires defrosting and the parking permit was missing. With regards to kitchen facilities, there were only 2 teaspoons, glasses were chipped and the general kitchen resources were sparse. There is obviously a problem with the drains/guttering as, even though it was sunny when we were there, water dripped constantly from the roof.

Mattresses are awful. Broken springs, noisy when you move and very uncomfortable. Not fit for purpose. Broken blinds in bedroom. Garden is unkempt, broken decking rails, decking is in need of tlc. Kitchen not greatly stocked but passable.

The location was fantastic, the apartment is impressive and very spacious.

The beds wasn't the best for comfort. The decking has seen better days. There was a bad plumbing drip outside one of the rooms going into the back garden. Also the garden isn't well maintained. This seems critical but apart from that it was genuinely very nice.

Amazing location, nicely decorated with comfy sofas, nice modern kitchen, access to Netflix and free designated parking space. The rooms were spacious and had good storage spaces.

Unfortunately the beds in all the rooms were very creaky and a little uncomfortable especially the bunk bed. More cutlery/crockery would have been helpful given that the house can accommodate 7 people (only 4 tumbler glasses- rest were wine glasses: not helpful with kids) .
