Modern 3 ground floor Parking and Garden

The location was fantastic very close to the sea front and town. More than spacious for the whole family bigger than expected.

Garden isn’t secure for a small dog. And not much car parking available if you have more than one car.

Entry was as described.

The photo had a double/single bunk in one of the rooms but it had been replaced with a double bed - this put the sleeping arrangements in jeopardy. It wasn’t overly clean and the kitchen wasn’t equipped well at all

The location

we have a lot of points to raise & some feedback you may wish to take on board, for future paying guests. On entering the property, we were greeted with the toilet in the main bathroom, on permanent flush with water constantly running. In order to stop it, we had to loosen the flush button. The property on a whole would benefit from some MAJOR attention & TLC. There is mould in the bedroom & ensuite.The blinds are absolutely useless & are not fit for purpose. I will send photos as we are not responsible for their very poor & broken condition. They don’t lift or drop, or close properly. To have curtains is an absolute must. The bunkbeds are very wobbly. The dressing table drawer in the garden bedroom is broken. The dressing table drawer in the bunk room does not even have a base!!!! The mattresses are HORRENDOUS… the springs are awful!! The bedding is stained & bobbly & very worn on all the beds. The shower screen in the main bathroom needs a seal on the bottom, to keep it in place & so to avoid, major flooding to the floor. The kitchen lacks basic equipment. No scissors! No grill pan. No dishes to cook in & serve up a meal. Faulty electrics in the back double bedroom. Its like being in a disco. Half the light bulbs are out too.

Bedroom furniture needs replacing broken. Snagging areas could do with some tlc in bathrooms. Garden area needs a lot of work.

Lovely roomy apartment. Spot on location. Loved the open plan kitchen -lounge. Bedrooms really good size. WiFi connection good. Good size tv. Shower really good.

Kitchen didn’t have a few items we required for SC. IE- frying pan and oven trays. A few dishwasher tabs could also be available in the welcome items. The parking permit we also had to hunt down. Found in a cupboard. In the rules we was told to use coasters. and there wasn’t any. Some of the bedroom furniture wasn’t put together properly. Could do with a small table right side of sofa. - These are all minor things that wouldn’t stop us booking again if we was to come again. Felt checking in was a little late, although after some contact we was told we could go in early but we was already out and about. Tried calling office a few times and WhatsApp message wasn’t answered/replied to.

Tin opener broken, not enough cups, lights not great - could do with a few touches to make it more homely. Lack of kitchen utensils, kitchen lighting broken, needs some lamps

Amazing location. Bigger than we expected and easily accommodated us all - 5 adults and 3 children. Right across from the BIC, literally a 2 minute walk, where we were attending a graduation. Beach and pier a few minutes walk. All the shops, restaurants and bars round the corner so didn't use the car at all for our 2 night stay. Will definitely book again 😊

The only negative is the very noisy and uncomfortable mattresses and the creaky bunk bed. If they were updated it would be perfect!
