"Charming, fun and soggy."

Easy walk to the city centre. Supermarket nearby too. Good to have a kitchen when traveling with children. Nice touch with games and local interest books.

Lack of storage for clothes, so couldn’t really unpack. Had to contact the owner for the wifi code.

"A comfortable stay in a lovely clean apartment"

Only 5-10 minute walk to city centre yet in a quiet residential area. Also great to have a parking space. Fully equipped kitchen with teabags, ground coffee and cafetière as well as instant if preferred. Dave had also put milk in the fridge. It was useful to be able to read a couple of the guide books on York and we then had an idea of the best places to visit in the couple of days we had there

We had a problem with the washer/dryer not drying properly (no instructions) but have made Dave aware so hopefully he’ll have sorted it ready for the next visitors
