"Great property in a very good location."

Excellent location, only a few minutes walk from the city centre. Comfortable beds and very quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Clean bathroom with powerful shower. Useful to have a designated parking space. Good communication from the host.

"Must stay. The perfect apartment"

This was one of the best properties I’ve ever booked. The location was fantastic, the flat was very clean, it was so well equipped - I’d assumed there would be no hand soap, dish soap etc and they had everything! Including paper towels, bin bags, body wash. We didn’t have to bring anything. They also provided a cot, a baby chair and a chess set that our son loved. The bed was SUPER comfy, the heating was on generously. We really really loved it and wanted to extend our stay.

"If we ever come back one day, we know we already have a lovely home waiting for us."

Everything about the property was wonderful. We especially loved the kitchen and the living room. We initially went for just one night, but after seeing the house, we wanted to stay one more night.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

"Lovely stay"

The apartment was situated in an ideal location for visiting York City Centre. Had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

Only suggestion is to provide a small step in the kitchen area in order to reach items on shelves and top cupboards.

It was very roomy, incredibly comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. We were able to walk easily to town. It was a wonderful property and I highly recommend. Good communication and parking a plus.

We have stayed here before. As before the accommodation is spotless and all we could require is at hand. A comfortable living space the house is like a home from home. A short walk from Monks Gate entrance to the city the house is in a quiet residential area perfect for our trip. The owner is very helpful and attentive and dealt with my queries promptly. I recommend this venue.

I have no negatives to add, as I say the property is like a home from home and the three of us (there were 2 of us on our previous trip) were more then happy to stay we have already been thinking about our next visit.
