The Studio Pod, St Andrews

The room was attached to the main house with a door and a lock which lead into the main property's hallway. You could hear everything that was going on in the house and felt that everything we said would be heard.

While the key was in a key box, the host "Alison" met us on arrival. The studio pod is small but that was very clear in the description, so no issue at all for us. It was very clean, tidy and well arranged, even a mini fridge with some milk!

Not really a did not like, but a small table - maybe a folding one would be handy for us as we had a DIY breakfast before leaving.

Comfortable room, good shower. Friendly hosts. Location rural, which is fine if you want quiet and don't want to walk home from pub.

Not really comfortable walking distance to town. Unlit roads.

we loved every detail of our stay. Our host was amazing and was able to accommodate us when we arrived a day early by accident. I would recommend this location to everyone.

the only unpleasant issue was the parking. Our host was able to help with that by providing a parking permit to park on the street.

The location was perfect as we were attending a Wedding at Kinkell Byre and it is only a short taxi ride from the Pod. Comfy bed, slept really well as no road noise due to rural location. Host was really friendly and it was immaculately clean. Also only a short drive to the centre of St Andrews.

Happy with everything and would use again.
