Easy parking. Very quiet location. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good supplies of tea and coffee.

Surprised that the walls of the room were so thin and easy to hear owners moving around in adjacent areas.

"Relaxing room for a short stay as long as you eat out & have transport"

Easy, short drive from St Andrews. There's a lovely, big garden with seats & table and is a great place to sit & relax and enjoy the birdsong. Comfy bed.

While the room info doesn't say it has a fridge some reviews mention it. But it's really just a chilled box for the milk, no room for sandwiches or chilled food. At times it's noisy from people just walking about upstairs.

"A very comfortable room with a lovely en-suite"

The location was great, just 10 mins out of town.

The only thing that we could suggest to improve the room is that the curtain pole/rings over the door needs adjusting to block out the morning sun more effectively. (We couldn't do it as needed a screwdriver)
