"Wonderful stay, we will 100% be back."

Location was fantastic. The facilities at the property were second to none, fridge even had some basic items in there such as egg, milk and butter amongst other things which was a nice touch. Beds were lovely and comfortable, and bedrooms of a really great size, decor through the property was beautiful. Communication from the host throughout was brilliant and nothing seemed like too much trouble.

They should definitely tell people that the accommodation is directly above a busy pub. Floor is very squeaky in places

Beautiful flat in great location. Very confortable and nicely decorated. Rooms a good size and good comms. I left an item that the cleaner mailed back ro me which was appreciated.

Everything was great. Could maybe fix door of utility outside bedroom window as flat is so pretty and it would not distract from this is.

"Weekend break with family"

Lovely property in a great location. a quick walk to West Sands beach, The Aquarium, golf course etc. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Lovely touches with toiletries provides, a welcome pack with essentials like milk & butter, croissants, crisps & treats were also gratefully received.

Floorboards in some areas were very creaky. Some noise from the pub below, but nothing serious. The sound proofing clearly works well!

The property was lovely clean and comfortable. It had everything you would need. Some lovely little touches too. Is in a great location. The property is over a pub so there is some noise from there in the living room, but you can’t the bed rooms. Communication was good and both the owners and house keeper seem lovely

Quaint, beautifully appointed home in the heart of St Andrews. Conveniently located, walking distance to the village, golf, sites and the beach. Exceptional hosts- great communication. Fabulous facilities especially cosy fire place. We loved our stay at this gorgeous home away from home. Perfect in every way, highly recommend.
