Beautiful Property In A Fantastic Location

I loved that it was so central to everything that I was looking for but quiet enough to be able to relax and have the option to be able to take a short walk to what I needed (shops, coffee or even the beach) quite a busy buzz around the area but not too rowdy. Loved that the bus station was just across the road from my accommodation and very well signposted and easy to navigate.

I can honestly say that there was absolutely nothing that I didn’t dislike about the property…it was exactly what I needed

We stayed at 6 different properties throughout Scotland and this one is tops on our list. From its A typical quaint feel, to its classic St.Andrews main street frontage, it hits on all points. Loved the great living room windows over looking the bustling street. The high ceilings are perfect for the period. But the owners really pay attention to detail, from the living room furniture styling, very comfortable beds, soft towels and they even provided some snack foods to fill the gaps. The location is ideal for walking to many tourist spots. Do not hesitate booking this spot for an outstanding stay in St.Andrews.

Although the squeaky floors adds to the appeal, it is a little excessive.

The property is located in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. It felt like home. Agent was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions.

The beds were a bit too hard for my taste but completely acceptable.

Great apartment 5 mins from town and 10 minutes walk from the golf course. Well furnished and spotlessly clean. Lots of utensils, pots, pans etc in the kitchen and a welcome basket of croissants, jam, milk, crisps, chocolate, eggs, orange juice which was a lovely surprise and very thoughtful. Instructions to get in were very straightforward and Lynne the property manager kept us up to date on when the apartment was ready and gave us lots of useful information as did the property owner Roberta. Would highly recommend.

Very nice property. Excellent central location. Free parking nearby.

Very noisy creaky flooring in master bedroom. Could be doing with some upgrading. Not a problem if nobody goes to the toilet during the night.

Situated very near to the center. Clean. Everything there what you need. Parking possible just opposite side of the road. You don't hear anything from the pub - especially within the sleeping rooms. Very kind premise manager. Found much stuff in the kitchen, so that it wasn't necessary to buy everything by ourselves.
