Turtle and Rabbit - Comfortable and Spacious Houses

size of property was good and fairly easy to find - car parking was secure - beds clean and comfy though waterproof/under covers on duvets and pillows would have been good

property had not been cleaned fully (lots of little bits not done including cigarette buts all roud the edge of the garden) - top sink plug got stuck and when trying to contact the hosts about this they did not get back to me till saturday - we checked in friday and if we had had issues would not have been able to contact them. Someone parked in the second car parking space the property had which we deliberatly left so we could get out of the gate easily, which made checking out difficult. Could not unlock second of the patio doors downstairs or open the doors on the juliet balcony.

host was reachable and prompt of reply, ready to help. Location was good too. Wifi was good too.Decent kitchen appliances

Not cleaned at all. Hair was all over the carpet seems carpet was not vacuumed and cleaned for long time.Bed was not comfortable too, fan was provided but not enough to provide any kind of air and noisy too. Multiple spider spotted, and kids were really scared and afraid to sleep.

The amount of space, the clean finish, easy parking and gated so felt safe. Supplying fans, as it was very hot.

The double mattress on the 1st floor of turtle probably could do with being replaced. The garden being next to the rubbish bins, as you could smell them when sat outside.

Plenty of space. Plenty of showers for us. Comfy apartments good parking and secure

Toilet sink blocked , reported. Dog mess in garden.

Very clean and spacious accommodation. Perfect for the size of our group and convenient for Heathrow and London. Secure parking for 2 cars. Agency dealing with the booking was friendly and helpful.

Check-in began at 4 (which is quite late anyway). We arrived shortly after 4 and the cleaners were still there. This turned out to be quite fortunate as we had been sent the wrong sequence of numbers for the key box so the cleaners were able to put us right. The house lacked some of the basics we were expecting and we had to buy coffee, bin liners, dishwasher tablets and more toilet roll. The instructions for vacating the flat were quite abrupt and there were insufficient cleaning materials to clean the hob fully. The internet went off the day before we left but we were able to get a signal, albeit slow, from the Rabbit House next door. Also, the property would benefit from more serving bowls to cater for 8 people. There was plenty of cutlery and individual crockery but only one serving bowl.

Very well decorated, spacious and comfortable. Enough bedrooms to accommodate all of us. Supermarkets within walking distance. Allowed an early check in.

Was a bit difficult to get in the first time. Instructions could have been a bit better Phone goes unanswered many times.
