Very well located, close to the beach and alum chine

The staff took an additional £200 pounds from my bank account after I had already paid a £200 deposit. They didn't warn me about this and I'm absolutely furious about it. The apartment wasn't properly cleaned before I arrived, a lot of the surfaces were very dusty

Cleanliness could be improved in some areas such as washing machine and bathroom. I did not have peace of mind the apartment had been thoroughly cleaned, and I had to clean the washing machine throughout as well as the fridge freezer and bath before using.

Sofabed used as seating in lounge was uncomfortable, bed should be replaced, bathroom a little shabby. Smart TV kept breaking up, Good size for a couple. Kitchen well equipped.

Fab location. LOVELY walk to town along the beach. Very comfy, clean and generally pleasant flat, well looked after. Instant communication via Whatsapp, they seemed friendly, and sorted issues within 30mins.

I didn't like the amount of faff pre-arrival... you have to scan your ID and give your card details for the deposit - this is handled by some 3rd party company so no idea where my details are stored now, nor who to ask to delete them :/ Yet, I don't think the flat was checked before we arrived, the bedding for the sofa wasn't prepared, bedsheet and pillow cases were missing, there were no towels for the kids, and sorry to say but the Bourbon biscuits were past best before date... we still ate some tho xD No working food bin downstairs.

The facility is properly maintained, clean and organised.

Most of the time it seems someone was rattling with the door, don’ know if the want to open it up or something.

Very clean. Well furnished. Within a 10 minute walk from a lovely beach. Fantastic sofa bed that was firm and spacious.

Hot plate instead of stove meant risk of food boiling over from cooking pots. Door lock in the toilet was unusable as it was fitted in the opposite direction! Very congested parking slot, with a bus stop pole very close to it making it cumbersome to park. But the positives outweighed the negatives. We would like to be back.

The location was great for shopping and the best beach was within walking distance.

Unfortunately, on our arrival, the sheets and mattress were stained with urine. The whole place needed a good clean. A Member of the property team tried to help by changing the bedding, but the mattress needed to be replaced. It just wasn't quite so stunning as it said in the description 😞.
