"Near the beach"

The apartment block is situated by a bus stop, making it easy to reach Bournemouth. The descent to the beach is 5 minutes on foot. The apartment is clean.

The disadvantage is that the apartments are not poorly insulated .. you can hear the neighbors. running children and music behind the wall prevented us from staying on a rainy day a bit.

"Pleasant"

The location was very good - nearest beach just a short walk down road. Free parking. The kitchen was well equipped. Good bathroom/shower. Tv had Netflix etc. Good broadband. Owner always answered telephone calls and tried hard to get things replaced ASAP. Could be a good place to chill.

I stayed for 7 nights - solo traveller. Nice apartment, but not stunning. First two nights ruined. The security alarm had a fault and went off throughout first 2 days and nights (my bedroom right next to it). Cooker was not working when I arrived. The sofa cushions sank into the bed frame underneath, digging into back of my knees, so very uncomfortable watching tv. Spoke to owner and new battery put in alarm two days later. Owner used scatter cushions underneath sofa cushions and behind my back to provide support for sofa, but sofa needs to be repaired properly. New oven was put in two days later also. Not a good start to a much needed weeks holiday, but the owner did try and I was chilled by end of seven days.

location close to the beach and quiet

parking space is small if you travel with large size vehicles and your apartment door is rattling every time someone entering the building or their apartments.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment . Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach . Approximately twenty minutes walk to Bournemouth Town centre along the gorgeous beach with restaurants/cafes on route or alternatively five minutes in a car. Smooth check-in with great communication from the host should you need it . Highly recommend this apartment for families
