Tudor Villas Apartment, Cromer

Tudor Villas is an impressive grand house. Beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen had every amenity you would want to use. Very well thought out indeed. The beds were so comfortable pillows especially. I could go on and on praising this property. FANTASTIC STAY. THANK YOU.

The shower door in the onsuite main bedroom needs attention. One of the glass doors had come away from the bottom. Also, in the main bathroom, the shower hose was missing. Apart from these minor things, all in all, the place was exceptional. We had a great stay in this very old and well-kept building. *I would advise a smarter outside sign for this beautiful piece of architecture. Not a red hand painted sign on a random piece of wood. It deserves better.

Nice location and nice and clean

Second visit here but starting to look bit shabby in places. Was made to feel that we were wrong checking in at 4 and not 5 but we had telephoned to ask but on day got message saying as we had checked in we could not get the extras bits that were meant to have been left as we had removed the key from key box so cleaner could not get in to leave them

Flat is spacious and comfortable . Beds very comfortable. Very roomy flat. Bonus was treats and wine left for us.

Wasn’t easy to put ice blocks in the freezer as drawers didn’t open. Key box could have done with number to flat on it. And one of the doors to a bathroom could do with a little attention but these very minor. I found the flat very expensive as your first day arrival you couldn’t go in until 5 pm which is late in the day. I had said we would arrive in the town between 1-2 pm and was told if the flat was ready I would be phoned so we could go in, it obviously wasn’t ready.

Spacious apartment that probably started off well equipped. Good location for centre of Cromer and the beach. Generally clean and comfortable. Allocated parking a bonus.

Place seems to be in need of some better management and repair. With a little more attention it could be so much better. Door to shower in ensuite not on the rail so not closing properly, handles inside the doors broken, showerhead leaking and spraying out from connection to hose, shower in master bathroom has been removed but when filling the bath water leaks from the open hose fitting on the tap. With shower removed the doors over the bath no longer required but still in situ and make getting into and out of the bath difficult. Some other fittings are broken, tired or ill fitting but not repaired or replaced. On the first night we unravelled the cords for the blinds to allow them to be closed. Lack of selection of plates and bowls, saucepan lids present but not the saucepans. Various bulbs in many rooms not working. And watch out for the birds that have made the tree above the parking slot their home and really make a mess of your car.

The only issue was the smell from the ensuite shower. It had a plp valve which had dried out so the smell was horrendous. Just ran the shower for a while and the smell disappeared.

Good beds. Near to the shops and the promenade.

No garden. Unkept area and entrance. Small bathroom. No instructions how to control the heating. Number of stairs to the flat. Poor TV system. Bath taps faulty, repaired on 2nd day.
