Tudor Villas Apartment, Cromer

It was nice and peaceful, a short walk to the town centre .was nice to have parking ,plenty of room in the apartment

The only downside to a lovely stay was the shower above the bath ,the shower door took some getting used too

Location good for the pier.

Dishwasher not working. Various kitchen cups/dishes/pans not clean.

Super large apartment,good location in quiet street,short walk into the centre, good parking at the property.

We had no central heating or hot water for the first day and a half, the boiler needed depressurisation by a qualified engineer. When contacted the management company said this was probably because the property hadn’t been used recently, however knowing this ,the company should have checked all the facilities before we came. Following this the boiler timings were very unpredictable with it either coming on all day or one time coming on at midnight!

The apartment was the best equipped we have ever been too. A real home from home. The location was excellent just a short stroll into town, especially wonderful because you could walk through a park to get there.

There was a lot of noise from the flat above especially when their child was running around. luckily you could only hear this in one of the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The location was nice and near enough to everything. It's on a quiet street with a hotel across the road. You can get to the cliffs down the street and a short walk to the town and the beach. The apartment was big and comfortable for a couple. We asked if we could arrive at the apartment before the 5pm check in and they tried to accommodate us with a 3pm check in. Polite and friendly.

The house isn't as clean as you would expect for the price but still not the worst and livable. The sheets seemed to be washed but had stains yellow stains on them. Lots of limescale on the showerheads and plugs. There was dirt and dust, spiders and cobwebs in places like bedside the bed, on decretive chairs. It seems to have been surface cleaned but not deep cleaned and as you stay there and more around like you would at home you notice it. The cutlery and dishes aren't clean enough to use from the cupboard but there is a dishwasher so its easily fixed. The door to the balcony isn't safe because if the door closes while you and who you're with are outside you will be locked out because it only opens from the inside and there is no way down. Tv is tiny for the big living room. There was only one towel per person for 5 days. 5pm check in is very late and most of your first day is gone. Email communication took a long time to get an answer.

The apartment was lovely and spacious very clean and couple minutes walk into Cromer just perfect
