Tattenhall Marina Floating Pods

Loved being on the marina and seeing the wildlife. Very friendly staff

2 very minor things - frying pan was dirty in cupboard (washed, but not properly) and toaster should been shaken out veggie being put away

It was peaceful and the staff were friendly. The bed and sofa were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

There wasn't enough storage space or a bedside table on one side of the bed - the bedroom was a bit cramped. Could have done with being 2ft bigger.

Location and uniqueness

Sofa not very comfy, no table to eat at inside could have done with a couple of folding tables

Very clean

Weather the pod was very warm unfortunately

Email received when pod was ready with instructions including the gate and pod key safe codes

Interesting place to stay. Nice to be surrounded by water and birds

Shower basin was so very slippery and couldn't find a shower mat so presumably there wasn't one. Fell and hit my cheek on side of shower. Please be careful and either bring your own mat or use a towel underfoot

Location was awesome, the residents made us feel at home, the pod had all we needed. Caroline was awesome as-well ( scousers rule ) The view in the morning on the water was perfect just what we needed as a getaway from the children No food in boathouse but Cambers county store has plenty of food and adjacent to it is Manor farm Cafe it’s literally up the road and was beautiful for breakfast. Your welcome enjoy

If I’m being picky and just so the owners can possibly improve. The little couch wasn’t any good to watch tv on, maybe a tv in the bedroom room if keeping the little couch.

Beautiful location , very quiet and peaceful

Needs a few more lights when walking to your floating pod on a evening
