Tattenhall Marina Floating Pods

The pods was comfortable and clean in a nice location

I asked for 2pm checkin twice and got no response took the chance on arriving at 2pm pods not ready ok shouldn't have pressured was then told tgey would sort asap no problem will have a light lunch in the cafe/restaurant only then to be told sorry only drinks and cake as we have had no chef since December. Well checked website still saying full restaurant for breakfasts lunches and evening meals again disappointed as only booked here so I didnt have to cook or go far to eat as dining was on site. To top it all usual check in time of 3pm came and went after asking numerous times is pod ready its a square room at the end of the day it should have been ready for 3pm but no 3.30 it became available 1hr 40mins after I asked. I asked oliver the manager over restaurant he replied the same no chef so will talk to marketing team to get it removed from description also asked why pods was late he said he had been busy he had the maintenance guy over there cleaning it for me but was going to send cafe staff across to help him as cleaner had gone to collect her children. What was supported to be a chilled few days started terrible as then had to drive out and go food shopping.

Like that it was something different and quiet aswell and nice relaxing

The pods were great, we were looked after by Oliver and he was absolutely amazing, really helpful and would go out of his way to make our stay better.I wish everywhere I stayed had an “Oliver”.

It was so immensely relaxing. The other people in their boats were friendly and the staff were all lovely

I didn’t get my sign in key information until I arrived I would have felt better having it on the morning. I had to call as I didn’t know what to do when I arrived.

Great location and had everything you need for a short stay
