Small as described but perfect in a picturesque location..

Good location /very comfy bed /good range of kitchen facilities / nice wardrobe space

Shower was a bit too small / weak water pressure / cramped bathroom / could have been cleaner.

Very good location, in the heart of Dean Village. Quite spacious apartment. Had all amenities, kitchen utensils.

This apartment is located in the basement of the building. Because of this, it’s incredibly damp inside. It smells like fungus. There were also spider webs practically in every corner of the flat… Moreover, in our opinion, for this amount of money the host could have greeted us in person. The check-in felt quite impersonal.

We loved the location. It was within walking distance to the main attractions in Edinburgh, bars and restaurants, and the Leith Walkway was a special bonus that we hadn't planned on.

We didn't expect the parking situation to be as difficult as it was. We also didn't realize this was a basement apartment and therefore had a basement smell. Very tiny place but we weren't there very much so it was fine

The greatest advantage of this place was its convenient location. Being within walking distance of all the main attractions was a definite plus, as it allowed easy access to explore the city without the need for transportation. This proximity to popular sites was a significant selling point for me.

However, there were a few notable downsides. One of the main issues was the size of the space, particularly the bathroom. It was undeniably small, and its limited capacity allowed only one person at a time. This cramped space might prove challenging for those who prefer more room to move comfortably. Another discomfort we encountered was the apartment's ground-floor position next to the building entrance. This setup required the blinds to be shut all the time for privacy reasons. It was a shame that the lack of privacy prevented us from enjoying natural light and the view outside.
