GBGBFacilities were excellent, own kitchen and bathroom included. Everything you could need for a temporary room.
GBLocation was good and the apartment was clean and tidy and had most of the required facilities.
Beds were uncomfortable and communication wasn’t good.

AUcomfortable bed. kitchen had pots/pans/kettle/oven/microwave/fridge working washing machine 40 min walk into city centre lots of free street parking
no oil/salt/pepper/coffee etc provided check in process was very odd - told to contact 1/2 before arriving but never heard back - ended up just wandering in and got shown to our room by a lady who was in there cleaning
GBGBGB,The Grosvenor House meet my expectation. It fulfilled all my requirements in my room from washing to cooking. even I have iron stand there. It's not far away from city center,. U can get bus no 11 after every 5 minute , can reach to Central Cardiff with en 10 minutes.
I One think which does not suit me there was no lift and my room was on fifth flour..
CAGBSmell in the apartment. Not clean. Cracks on walls covered in tape. Mould in bathroom. Cracks in floor tiles. TV not working. Fan not working. Not suitable for family.
