Beachside, Family-friendly, WiFi, 6 berth Caravan 226

The location was lovely

The microwave wasn't usable as it was rusty inside, I had bought food that had to be microwaved which then was wasted as I had no way of cooking it, Im disabled and dont use cookers so all my food has to be takeaway which used up my daily spending money. I couldn't put the bed seat in the front room because the table was too big, I hurt myself falling through a broken step into the caravan, I had a full knee replacement on the 19th of May and fell onto it through the step which absolutely ruined my holiday, I asked for a refund but haven't had any success. It was an awful experience. I still would like my refund please.

We loved everything about the caravan we will definitely be back again

That the caravan was close to the beach and we was in a quiet area,close to amusements I liked how cosy the caravan was at night and how your staff helped if we had any problems

What I didn't like is that there wasn't really any hot water you would turn the taps on or the shower and it would go to lute warm water. I didn't like how cold the bedroom were even with the heaters. It didn't help as much cos they were still very cold and had to use gas fire to get caravan warm for the night. Another thing that could get sorted is the toilet cos the flusher on the toilet didn't work sometimes and sometimes it would take a few flushes and then sometimes 1 flush. What could be changed is that before we viewed the pictures on your booking.com, it wasn't advertised right to how we saw it when we entered the caravan. Pictures should be updated. We got our microwave swapped for an exchange, and it was worse than the one we had it was rusty on the top of the microwave. It didn't have a pleasant smell when opening. I don't know if the shower could get sorted cos it was hard to get a shower cos didn't feel like there was much water coming out when turned fully hot. And didn't like that the caravan wasn't clean before we arrived on the outside and only got cleaned as we left. Thanks for the stay and hope this helps. 👍

Lovely hosts very easy to talk with and communicate, caravan was lovely and clean and nice quiet location in east distance of centre of ingomells. Great value for money would definitely book again.

There was nothing to dislike.

The location is perfect. 5-10min walk to fantasy island. 2min walk to beach with Uncle Barry's who serves food and beach gifts. Bar outside the park. Caravan nice size. Sellers fab communication:)

Not very clean but I messaged the sellers - not their fault.
