The quietness and how close to the beach you are

The oven and fridge could do with a upgrade and the decor is very old but saying that it is a very nice caravan clean and cosy

Was disappointed with wifi only connected for a few hours of a evening . No hot water for last 2 days even after relighting the boiler a few rimes
