Beachside, Family-friendly, WiFi, 6 berth Caravan 226

Caravan has just been refurbished (Area's repainted and owners there fixing issues when I arrived) Great location (next to Butlins, 2 min walk to beach 8 Min walk to Fantasy Island) Opposite Sealands pub (kids loved the large soft play, evening disco with Fun Charters for the kids, food etc) Excellent value

Fresh paint still wet in some areas (Was warned and did not affect my stay)

.the site was ok and we didn't use the site amenities as we travelled each day. The site was clean and tidy.

Not the caravan as it was not kept well. The cooker is dangerous as the jets were blocked making it difficult to light and was greasy all over, the edges were full of dirty food. The canopy leaves a lot to desired the edging is broken and rusty. The bed was uncomfortable and we couldn't why there was a king sizes cover on a double quilt as the cover moved about with no quilt in it. Shower runs hot and cold which is a annoyance. Some of the carpet was dirty and needs replacing. There was food left in the cooker and the shelves were dirty. Plates had to be removed and cleaned before they could be used. The fridge has no proper shelves, the glass shelf that covers the vegetable box was being used as a shelf, again food deposits in there as well. The table has sellotape holding the edge together. Some of the knobs on the cupboards were broken. Net curtain tied up with string. Not a nice caravan and nice surely is a minimum standard to expect.

Location being near my nan and beach. I appriciated them putting clean linen on for free.

Caravan was dirty, no toilet roll, bin had mold in bottom and stank, the oven is dangerous no markings in hob or cooker, rusted at the top and falling apart, bed was rock hard.

On arrival property had t been cleaned to a satisfactory standard carpet was covered in long dog hair and nothing in the caravan like a hoover or air freshener or bleach to even clean it myself

The bedrooms was really cold.and damp wallpapwr cummin of clothes was damp and cold cos of he bedrooms there was grease on the wallpaper above the cooker.my daughter was sick for both nights couldn't shower cos bathroom was so cold and the shower lead didn't fit in the shower bit so couldn't wash my daughter
