Vanessa and Simon the hosts were excellent.. They gave me all the information I needed and all the facilities to ensure that my stay was comfortable relaxing and fun. The caravan was very clean and had everything I needed. The location was perfect... a stone throw from the beach. Even though it was a short stay it was.exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend Vanessa and Simon and will look to use them again in the very near future. Keep up the great work Vanessa and Simon:) Thanks again x

Nothing when it comes to the caravan we hired, The proprietors were not very helpful and wouldn't even give us a different caravan, i believe they have a few on the sitesaid they would come out and speak with us but did not arrive

the caravan was disgraceful nothing at all like the photo, the grill would not work, the toaster was broken, the beds were uncomfortable because the springs were sticking out, also the quilts were filthy and had wee stains on them, so did the mattress, rails in the wardrobe where also broken we could not hang our clothes up, the decking was loose and unsafe we had to get someone secure the wooden panels, the fridge was dirty and the freezer compartment was locked solid with ice, there was no fire blanket and the fire extinguisher was half empty and was out of date, the date on it was January 2003, upholstery had all stains on it, and the shower cubicle was full of mold, the gas fire did not have a knob on it either so if it got cold we would not be able to turn it on, considering this holiday cost us £572.00 It was broad day light robbery

We went with our almost 2 year old grandaughter, multiply times the decking outside she nearly fell down as the decking is all broken chunks missing & very wobbly, inside the tv & unit was very dusty, we stuck our grandaughter bag on top of the cupboard out of reach of her & when we took it down big clumps of fluff & dirt fell onto me, I felt very uncomfortable’ reported it immediately but I got sent pictures that the cleaner sent, close up pictures of a clean sink, cooker top, but reality was if she took a picture of the whole place they would of known not to rent this out to people, please if you have children be very careful, I see this a law suit waiting to happen, I had to find alternative accommodation & decided to take my granddaughter away from there all iv been offered is £20 refund out of £75 I paid, I don’t see this as compensation I see this as a insult, (1) we didn’t stay there) (2) it was not habitable to anyone regarding build up of dirt & very unsafe decking

The location was perfect. Minutes walk to the beach and cafe. 5 minutes walk to fantasy Island and bus links on the doorstep.

The property was very dated. We arrived and found the cleaning was not done to standard. The toilet hadn't been cleaned, it was covered in urine and public hairs and, even worse, had faeces dried in on the underneath of the seat. Absolutely disgusting. Me and my children were unable to shower as we had no hot water. Coming back from the beach wet and covered in sand and having to boil the kettle to wash ourselves down at the sink was not great. Also, there was no heating. There were 2 small electric heaters, but neither worked. We were all frozen. I had sent pictures of the state of the bathroom to the owner and also tried to call once I realised we had no hot water or heating but had no answer or reply to my messages. Over all, a very disappointing stay.

I have already emailed you waiting for a response The caravan was very very old unkept and shockingly dirty everywhere! We left a day earlier than planned.

The closeness to the beach and the cafe was great that had to be the best bit for us Cleaner did leave 2 cups .sugar .coffie & tea bags in the frigde.

No cushions on the sofa Hole in the cieling that was leaking when it started raining. Hairs on the beds and brown marks on the pillows No toaster. Caravan is very outdated. Mattress was very lumpy and springy we would not choose to stay here again sorry.
