"Lovely apartment but too many stairs"

It's a lovely, clean apartment with all the facilities you need.

Too many stairs to access. It's a bit of a pain when you have a young child to get all your luggage up to the apartment. Once you're settled in it's fine but a big pain when checking in and checking out.
