Great location and lovely host who helped a lot.

The apartment could be cleaner. Oven and floors could be cleaned better.

Very nice clean apartment in a really good location. Great host on arrival and even a complimentary bottle of wine! Facilities are great.

The late check-in charge. Perhaps understandable as they have to pay somebody to meet & greet but not the best as I cannot avoid late check-ins.

The living room is spacious. The kitchen is useful. Easy access to town centre and Woking station.

I couldn't lock the balcony doors.

Facility was just ok - bathroom water drainage, light bulbs out, wet towels, lack of good cutleries and kitchen ware - but it was clean

Good location, close to Tesco Express, M&S Food, Simply Foods.

The property owner could invest in better mattresses, we can feel the mattresses springs.

Didn’t have breakfast

More information on how to operate appliances eg washing machine. Needs a guest book with info on rubbish disposal , fire drills and nearest location of pharmacy groceries and local pubs for dining out.

Like a home away from home. The staff are so helpful. The flat was really comfy. We had a fantastic time
