The flat is very conveniently located 5 minutes away from the train station and city centre amenities. It is spacious, light and well equipped. The hosts were friendly and flexible

The lighting in the bathrooms is insufficient, especially in the en-suite : Applying make up is a real challenge in such conditions ;-). Likewise, lighting is a bit dim in the kitchen -diner area. The flat was fairly clean overall except the carpets and the bin which weren't clean

Convenient because we had to be in the area. It’s walking distance from a nice shopping mall and also to train station, with direct trains to Waterloo (25 min)

Kitchen/ living room area with bad quality furniture. Bed in master bedroom is barely for one person, so if you are from the US don’t even think about it.

good location and access to the Woking station and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. comfortable and clean beds & linen.

no air conditioning in this place and we knew this upfront - But I requested fans a number of times from the property manager but our demand was blatantly ignored and never met. I travelled with my elderly parents who struggled with the heat and they were definitely not comfortable during their stay because of battling to sleep in the heatwave. The apartment is very hot during summer and opening the windows alone not sufficient. This unit faces out on to a rather busy and noisy pub downstairs, so if you are a light sleeper and want to go to bed early without disturbances, then this place is NOT ideal 😕. Even on a Sunday evening there was rowdy people at the pub. The cutlery in the kitchen drawer was FILTHY! No dish towels provided either , only a small roll of paper towel. 😕The dining table is wonky and unstable. The extraction fan in the en-suite bathroom didn’t/ doesn’t work. Poor lighting in the en-suite bathroom, particularly above the mirror. 😕 The balcony door can’t be secured when opening it- no hook to keep it in place so the wind keeps slamming the door closed. Broken paving stone on the balcony which is a trip hassard, especially for elderly people. During our stay the front security door downstairs was open all the time and not locking, which creates a security concern.

The place was very clean, very nice and cozy. Close to the train station and there is a shop on the ground floor which makes it really easy when traveling with a kid. The property has everything you need and even more. I would choose this property again.

The dishwasher wasn't doing it's job, dishes were still dirty or detergent was still on them, even tho dishwasher was used properly.

Great location, clean, hairdryer, sheets and towels provided.

Lock on patio door not working.

Host was very friendly. Maintained communication before/during my stay.
