Lovely 2BR AP just moments away from Brighton Beach

Lovely flat - easy to find and convenient for getting into the city centre. Bed wasn't the most comfortable for me. Kitchen and lounge had all you needed.

The location is great, seafront is metres away as are the shops of western road. Close to good restaurants

The neighbours are loud, didn’t sleep for 2 nights due to them jumping around upstairs. Not the cleanest place

Close to the beach, nice shower and comfortable beds. Underground parking a short walking distance and close to The i360. Enough space for two couples. Cute terrace area.

We didn’t find anything we didn’t like but better instructions on how to use the front door lock for the first time would have been great. Thank you for your help over the Ring doorbell.

It was in need of repair, the bathroom smelled of damp and the fridge smelled of stale milk

Fantastic location. 100 metres to beach front and 10 mins to the lanes. Clean apartment. Easy to get into. Plenty of room for the 2 couples Fans in bedrooms Small but fully functional kitchen.

Beds had no mattress protectors on them so the sheet slipped all the time. No toilet brush

Great location, great communication from the owner. Bed linens all spotless. Appreciated the new normal sized shampoo conditioner and shower gel left (all pink colours…perhaps coincidence but a nice touch as we were 4 female friends all having a Christmas Shopping trip and catch up!) Appreciated the home comforts such as plenty of loo roll, teabags etc, washing up liquid and so on!

The bathroom needs better ventilation/extraction, tricky in a lower ground apartment I know but it smells fusty and damp and is quite marked with black damp marks. The shower temperature was hard to regulate also.

Fabulous clean and comfortable place with attention to detail.

Nothing really, an extra t-towel would have b n good!!!

The location

I was not informed that the property would be covered in scaffolding that would restrict access to the garden terrace area. The decision to stay here was influenced by the garden terrace in the photographs displayed on the booking.com website. When we entered the accommodation there was no heat from the radiators. I contacted the host via WhatsApp and was given no advice or resolution to this issue on day one. I had to find out where the central heating boiler was via previous reviews as no advice was forthcoming. I found the boiler was switched off. We were also unaware that this was a basement flat as this was not shared in the description. The flat also had a very damp smell in the bathroom and obvious mould around the doors. This was a hazard to my daughter who has asthma. I am very disappointed that we were not informed that part of the accommodation we booked would be inaccessible and in a state of repair. Had we known we would have cancelled prior to arrival.
