We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Flat was excellent - home from home. Very cosy and impressed with the decor. I sent you a reply email after our departure however it was returned " not delivered". Here is the message. We have departed your beautiful apartment. I am sure you will find the apartment as we found it. No breakages or damage. We used one of the large white towels as a mat in the shower, as the shower tray was very slippery. Would suggest you supply a rubber non slip mat . We appreciate the bottle of Prosecco (most enjoyable) and milk left in the fridge for us - a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend your apartment .

Difficulty with heating not coming on so had to text you for instructions. Reply received promptly.

Location, and everything you need is in the flat which was great.

It was a bit dark whole flat being in the lower ground floor, the bathroom needs immediate attention - visible damp and mould and therefore significant smell, shower tray slow to drain.

"Too expensive. Rubbish customer service as difficult to contact by phone ( although they did eventually get back to me)"

Comfy beds. Mostly well equipped.

No heating or hot water for 20 hours out of 43 hour stay. No ignitor for cooker. Smoke alarm activated by shower ( once water was finally hot) and couldn’t stop it for ages. Location was near beach but dodgy street with lots of drug takers and drinkers hanging around outside. Front door damaged and not secure.

The apartment was spotless. The beds were really comfy with crisp white linen.The beach is just down the street less than a minutes walk.
