Lovely studio apartment located in Birmingham

There was a smell from the attached tiolet that hits you when you unlock the room. Initially I thought its a one off and if I opened the window it would go away but the smell was persistent .

The property is very clean , I had a mathematics exam the next day and having a quiet evening and morning really helped during my revision, ordered food which came in less than 20minutes.. self contained so you get full privacy through your stay

Nothing really . If you don’t drive would recommend buying snacks in a supermarket before hand as shops are abit of distance away.

Property was clean and comfortable.

The host was rude. Ain’t got no respect for customers and isn’t professional at all

The noise from upstairs was continuous until early hours of the morning, Like someone keeps on walking up and down the stairs,,the floor boards making creaky noises upstairs,
