Lovely studio apartment located in Birmingham

Mosley is a really lovely, leafy place. Short walk to lots of nice eateries.

Internet and tv was unreliable. Could have had some coffee as well as tea, but generally, was a nice spacious room. We’d definitely stay again.

Looked exactly like the pictures, Everything was just perfect the lights the Tv worked perfect Wi-Fi was on straight away !!

Kitchen was clean

The owner or the person I was communicating with, for a example where to get the keys and pin code, with phone end with1010 was very rude to me. I was stuck in the room and door could not open from inside until someone came to open from outside. I contacted him instead of being apologetic he was shouting at me and he hangs up the phone twice on me. The fridge in the room looks like likes was picked it in the street. Not talking about narrow stairs more than 30 stairs to go up in the top room I was in. Stairs not cleaned. The room has dirty children print on the wall and the headboard has scratches. Bedding was very poor old though it was clean. Bathroom toilet was very small. There is no parking for this place you have to find in the streets which is a narrow road and people park at there own places. As for the price it's not worth it.

You can't fault the apartment host Adam, he was easy to contact and was there for every question I had. All the facilities you need. Great lighting system with dimming lights. The heating/cooling system is above and beyond there's a fast heater, including in the bathroom, and also windows, a fan, and ice in the freezer!

The room had a noticeable odor, and the towels had a strong, unpleasant smell. They didn't seem fresh or washed.
