Lovely studio apartment located in Birmingham

I liked the fact that it was clean and spacious. The kitchen was very useful and had all the essentials as well as the bathroom.

I personally didn’t like the area and some of the people staying in the room below us (room 4) were very loud and I felt unsafe around them whilst being in the same building.

Comfortable and clean, very good communication with host, in a lovely quiet area just outside of the city centre

Convenient to Birmingham city centre

Bathroom really unclean , toothpaste all over floor, had to clean the shower before using it. The smell of the room itself was disgusting smelt like something was gone off and dirty. The bed was rock hard and had a very thin duvet on it. Paper thin walls felt like you were in a shared room with the others in the property , the road on which you can park people driving like maniacs not safe. Price way too high for what it is and what you get.

Owner was receptive and very hospitable.

A dryer would be useful as the apartment has a washing machine

Nice studio apartment, easy key collection. Good communication between host. Had the basic amenities & appliances.

Bed sheet wasn't the cleanest, so slept on top of duvet, but I have a bit of a cleanliness ocd.
